Start working again with a healthy, well rested body and stay positive throughout the day!
Feeling well in your body starts with a healthy diet!
To start in good shape, here are some tips shared by our specialist, Mrs. Verdin:
Keep the good eating habits you had; Be sure to eat 1 or 2 fruits a day and hydrate yourself well.
Drink maximum 5 cups of coffee per day. After 5 pm it is better to go for a deca to avoid sleeping problems.
Take a protein-rich breakfast when you know that your morning will be long. Try for example salmon with eggs.
This increases the level of endorphin, the hormone that makes you feel happy. No time for sports? A 20-minute walk is enough!
This will make sure you won’t snack throughout the day. A tired body claims energy, it can get this either by sleeping or eating sugar or fat. Option 1 is clearly healthier.
For your snack, choose a fruit with yoghurt if you eat 3-4 hours later and add muesli or carbohydrate-rich food if you plan to have dinner even later.
Another healthy snack can be hazelnuts or dried fruits or a cereal bar provided it contains a lot of fibers.
The return to work can be synonymous with stress! Do not start this new year in bad conditions, prepare yourself psychologically! Here are some tips to follow.
Yoga is a good activity to get rid of stress
Think optimistically and positively. Find what you like in your job and focus on it rather than on the negative sides.
