Work in good posture to preserve the health of your back!
Your back should remain straight. Be careful: don’t bend your upper back.
Your view should be up to the top of your screen and your arms should form a right angle.
Your legs should form a right angle with your knees.
Take regular breaks and stretch.
If you use a laptop, elevate it with some books and use an independent keyboard to preserve the position of your arms.

The full price of a consultation is minimum 22,26€. You will get a refund of 16€ a session from NIHDI.

Osteopaths refund

You will get a refund of 10-15€ per consultation from your social security (mutual).
The full price of a consultation is from 40 to 60€.

Orthopedists refund

The full price of a consultation is 25€ if an orthopedist is conventioned.
