The appointment was brought forward by 15 minutes about an hour before the appointment, leaving me no time to actually reschedule for a more convenient time. So I rushed to arrive on time, then it felt like I was on an assembly line, being passed from one exam to the next. The doctor then explained things too quickly for me to understand. This all happened after explaining to each person that coming to the eye doctor makes me anxious. If patient care mattered to the staff, they would take this into consideration, and be patient and calm with me, rather than rushing through everything, causing me further stress.
