Graduated with a master's degree in physiotherapy and rehabilitation at the Free University of Brussels, my training gave me the opportunity to practice in different environments such as geriatrics, orthopedics-traumatology, sports physiotherapy, pulmonology, neurology or lymphology and lymphatic edema treatments. I can therefore treat various pathologies and support you in your treatment in an appropriate manner. I subsequently acquired my professional experience in various sectors such as in a medical home, by consulting for general physiotherapy, in a geriatric environment as well as in a hospital environment in the orthopedic-traumatological sector. My training as well as my professional career have led me to practice physiotherapy with a fairly active approach. I strive to work with you carefully and dynamically. Friendly and smiling, my philosophy is to support you with the aim of making you as independent as possible in your treatment whatever your condition. I also want to deepen and enrich my knowledge, so I continue to train through training in sectors that interest me, particularly orthopedics. Some examples from my practice: Chronic pain: Chronic pain can have a significant impact on our quality of life; let’s think in particular of back pain, knee pain, hip pain, to name but a few. Pain which sometimes takes a very important place in everyday life. With physiotherapy we can work together to try to inhibit this pain which no longer always has a link with an initial lesion. This notably involves movement. Support and an exercise routine implemented together in the office can be effective in reducing the progression of your pain. Tendinopathies: I have a particular interest and a certain experience in overload pathologies, such as tendinopathies for example, which require support in the resumption of progressive activity. Together we can set up a rehabilitation program, readjustable at any time, with the aim of returning to your activities without discomfort and for your greatest pleasure! Post-operative or post-traumatic rehabilitation: If you have undergone surgery or trauma such as a fracture or sprain, I will support you in the rehabilitation process and constant assessment to regain mobility, strength and functionality. Adult respiratory physiotherapy: I also offer follow-up for respiratory pathologies requiring decluttering in particular. Neurological physiotherapy: I can also treat neurological pathologies and disorders requiring regular monitoring such as multiple sclerosis or stroke.
