Je me présente comme étant une personne diplomate, réfléchie, de nature calme et discrète. Ce tempérament et mon intérêt pour la psychologie m’ont amenée à en faire mon métier. Après mes études de psychologie clinique à l’université de Liège, je me suis formée en tabacologie à Bruxelles, formation certifiée proposée par le FARES (Fonds des Affections Respiratoires). En consultation, j’utilise principalement les outils offerts par les thérapies cognitives et comportementales (TCC). Celles-ci aident à trouver des stratégies plus adaptées à un problème en travaillant sur les émotions, les sensations physiques, les pensées et les comportements. Au-delà des TCC, j’adapte ma prise en charge à la problématique rencontrée ainsi qu’à la personne en tenant compte des différentes approches thérapeutiques existantes afin que mon intervention corresponde au mieux à chacun. Dès lors, en tant que Psychologue et Tabacologue reconnue, je vous propose un accompagnement personnalisé avec authenticité et bienveillance, deux valeurs chères à mon cœur.
