I am a clinical psychologist and Wingwave coach, specializing in management and emotional release.

I offer psychological support in non-judgment, kindness, listening and respect, linked to the body's responses to stress.

My work is mainly oriented towards a systemic and mindfulness approach. The systems approach I use views the individual as part of a complex and interconnected system. This means that together we will explore how your environment and relationships influence your thoughts, emotions and behaviors. My clinic is above all person-centered. My approach is personalized according to your specific needs and respectful of your pace.

In addition to this approach, I am also a certified Wingwave coach. It is a brief and effective therapeutic method that combines elements of psychology, NLP and EMDR. Whether you are looking to overcome a phobia, manage your anxiety, build your confidence or improve your performance in a specific area, we will work together to find solutions tailored to your situation.

Wingwave is aimed at anyone who wishes to work on their emotional blockages, their psychological difficulties, faced with difficult life transitions, or on personal development objectives.
