Clinical psychologist with a systemic and psychoanalytical orientation, I offer individual consultations (children, adolescents, adults) or family consultations in order to carry out, with you, a deep analysis and understanding of the problems encountered which led you to consult me. My specializations : - Accompaniment/support for parenthood - Work on the individual family history which may or may not have been traumatic and which may or may not leave traces on the current functioning - Accompaniment and support for children and adolescents showing signs of suffering/unwell-being and who may or may not have developed behavioral problems - Welcoming any person in psychological suffering who wishes to take stock of their situation and feel listened to (stress, anxiety, questioning...) My attraction to accompanying parenthood has led me to train as a baby massage consultant. I offer parents the possibility to learn specific massage gestures for relaxation and care of their baby. Psychologue clinicienne diplômée de l’université Libre de Bruxelles, agréée par la Commission des Psychologues et détentrice du visa clinicien, je suis spécialisée dans le suivi d’enfants, d’adolescents et de familles. 

J’accompagne les jeunes et/ou leurs familles à retrouver de la créativité et du mouvement lorsqu’il est devenu difficile de bouger et de se penser. Mon orientation est systémique mais j’utilise aussi des outils d’autres courants et disciplines comme la psychologie humaniste, la gestalt, la TCC, le dessin ou encore le théâtre. 

Grâce à mes diverses formations et expériences professionnelles, j’ai approfondi mes connaissances sur :

– La neuroatypie (TSA, TDA/H, HP, etc) ; 

– Les troubles psychotiques ;

– Les troubles anxieux ;

– Les troubles de l’humeur ;

– Les problèmes relationnels (liés à la famille, au milieu scolaire…).

Why see a psychologist? Throughout our lives, we are confronted with numerous difficulties that can arise at a personal, relational and/or professional level. It can happen that we feel overwhelmed and powerless in the face of these difficulties, and in such cases it can be beneficial to consult a psychologist. Consulting a psychologist can also be a way of working on yourself and getting to know yourself better. Being accompanied by a professional gives you an outside perspective and helps to identify and work on recurrent patterns in your life. I offer individual consultations in French, Dutch or English. An initial contact will enable us to get to know each other and to define your needs and objectives together. Then, a therapeutic follow-up can be set up to pursue these objectives.

Who am I? If this question seems simple on the surface, it actually encompasses a subtle mix of meanings, values, representations, experiences, images, skills and much more. It seems very difficult to answer this question in a few lines, but that is what I am going to do in order to give you the most accurate picture possible of the therapist that I am. My experience has shown me that the difficulties encountered by individuals are often linked to relational and emotional axes. I apply effective psychotherapy techniques to help patients understand themselves and to encourage them to adopt new attitudes in the face of the challenges they face. I approach the difficulties encountered by my patients through a systemic axis that includes all of your inter-personal relationships as well as through a more behavioral axis that will aim to focus on your thought patterns, in other words, your way of perceiving and interpreting the world around you. I also use Ericksonian hypnosis which allows me to work very effectively on a set of daily difficulties with a focus on your emotional feelings rather than your personal history. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic formula that will instantly solve all your problems, but a process that requires as much investment from the patient as from the therapist. In the end, small changes such as learning to deal with feelings of sadness or fear can lead to big wins. I seek to foster your own reflection and resources so that you can reconnect with yourself. My approach to therapy advocates a non-pathological reading of your experience in order to work collaboratively with you in a trusting relationship for the short or long term depending on your needs. With a Master's degree in Public Law and Political Science, I decided to complete my training with a degree in Clinical Psychology in order to be able to be closer to the difficulties of the people I accompany. I am also trained in Ericksonian Hypnosis, a diploma certified by l'Arche, Paris, and also in Multidimensional Family Therapy (MDFT), a diploma from the psychiatry department of the Brugmann Hospital, in order to be able to help couples and families effectively. Concerning my passions, I am a dancer and musician, music producer, beatmaker, multi-instrumentalist. Dance and music are for me two privileged means of expression with considerable resources.
