Psychologue clinicienne, spécialisée en Thérapie Brève Systémique, je vous accompagne dans le cadre de la gestion des émotions, de l'anxiété, du stress, de problèmes relationnels et affectifs, de difficultés familiales, de dépression, d'accompagnement dans la maladie, dans le deuil... Après des études universitaires en psychologie, j'ai eu envie de me spécialiser dans une approche que je trouve à la fois très ancrée dans le concret et la réalité de la vie actuelle, mais aussi et surtout dans le respect du patient et de sa problématique. Je me suis donc formée en thérapie brève. J'ai trouvé dans ce courant thérapeutique des concepts et des outils efficaces pour pouvoir aider les personnes en souffrance. ​Je suis membre de la Commission des Psychologues de Belgique. Dans la vie privée, je suis mariée et maman de 3 enfants.

I consult every Monday afternoon from 1pm to 6pm at Rue de Tenbosch 85, office n°4. My main objective is to provide psychological support to my patients, using attentive and empathetic listening.

I am a clinical psychologist with a master’s degree from Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), and I work with adults facing emotional difficulties, low self-esteem, relationship issues, or repeated patterns that feel hard to change. In my practice, I use schema therapy — a method that helps people understand and change long-standing patterns that often come from unmet emotional needs earlier in life. I completed my basic training in Schema Therapy with the ISST (International Society of Schema Therapy), and I’m passionate about this approach. I also have training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and I integrate tools from both approaches depending on each person’s needs. I aim to support people in breaking self-destructive cycles and building a more authentic, emotionally fulfilling life.

Klinik psikoloji yüksek lisans eğitimimi Brüksel'de Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB)’de tamamladım. Yetişkinlerle çalışıyorum ve terapide ağırlıklı olarak duygusal zorlanmalar, ilişki problemleri, özgüven eksikliği, depresyon, anksiyete bozuklukları ve kişilik örgütlenmesine dair sorunlarla ilgileniyorum. Terapi sürecimde temel olarak Şema Terapi yaklaşımını benimsiyorum. Şema terapi, bireyin çocukluk döneminde gelişen duygusal ihtiyaçlarının yeterince karşılanmaması sonucu oluşan ve bugün ilişkilerini, düşünce biçimini ve yaşam döngülerini etkileyen kalıpları anlamasına ve dönüştürmesine yardımcı olur. Bu yaklaşım üzerine ISST (Uluslararası Şema Terapi Derneği) onaylı temel eğitimimi tamamladım. Ayrıca Bilişsel Davranışçı Terapi (BDT) alanında da eğitim aldım ve bu iki yöntemi kişinin ihtiyaçlarına göre entegre bir şekilde kullanıyorum.

Cynthia Delville is a clinical psychologist (UCLouvain) and psychotherapist in brief systemic therapy and humanistic approach. She is trained in Ericksonian hypnosis, hippotherapy and art therapy. Throughout her career, she proposes a plural space with verbal and psycho-corporal approaches and the work of emotion regulation. Creative media, movement and dance are approached to facilitate personal expression and access to resources. As a hippotherapist, Cynthia also offers consultations in the observation of the relationship with the horse and in nature. She accompanies with flexibility in order to find the introspective images that will encourage inner reconnection: to oneself, to others and to the body.
