Mr. Jeromy Hrabovecky is a psychologist and neuropsychologist graduated from the Free University of Brussels. He specializes in emotions and mood, cognitive assessments and trauma. Holder of masters' degrees in Psychology, neuropsychology and Victimology and Psycho-traumatology, he will accompany you in his office located at Central Station, Rue des Colonnies 11.

I have a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology from the ULB with a specialization in parenting support from the UCL. Using an integrative approach that reconciles psychoanalysis, behavioral and humanistic therapies, I propose that we work together in the understanding and resolution of problematic situations. Understanding the conceptual and cultural framework of others is the basis of the work I propose to undertake. Having worked in Latin America and practicing with expatriates, I attach particular importance to language, which can bring valuable subtleties to the therapeutic work. I receive in French as well as in Portuguese. The modalities and rhythm of the sessions will be determined during the first meetings where we will be able to identify the nature of the problem. I receive clients at the Mimosa Center in Brussels on Mondays and Saturdays for individual, family or couple counselling. My consultations are aimed at teenagers, adults and elderly people to whom I offer home follow-ups if necessary. I consult every Monday afternoon from 1pm to 6pm at Rue de Tenbosch 85, office n°4. My main objective is to provide psychological support to my patients, using attentive and empathetic listening.

Psychologue clinicienne, je m'adresse à une population principalement d'adultes et d'adolescents. Après mon cursus universitaire, je me suis formée à l'hypnose Ericksonienne à l'Institut Milton H. Erickson de Liège.

En 2011, après avoir suivi le programme M.B.C.T. (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy) j'intègre les techniques de pleine conscience dans ma pratique et initie les personnes qui le souhaitent à la méditation. il y a deux ans, j'ai suivi une formation en E.F.T. (Emotional Freedom Technic), technique psychocorporelle qui permet de travailler sur la gestion des émotions.

Grâce à ces techniques, je peux aborder différentes problématiques :

• gestion du stress
• dépression
• troubles du sommeil
• addictions

Je me suis spécialisée dans les problématiques liées aux troubles alimentaires avec ou sans excès pondéral.

Quel que soit la problématique, je mets l'accent sur le développement de l'auto-bienveillance chez la personne qui consulte

Je suis psychologue clinicienne avec une spécialisation en enfants-adolescents. Je poursuis également une formation longue en approche contextuelle, qui me permet d’accompagner les familles. Je peux vous accompagner dans la guidance parentale, cohérence éducative, stress, anxiété, décrochage scolaire, gestion des émotions, estime de soi, etc.
