Je suis psychologue clinicienne, diplômée d’un Master en sciences psychologiques, à finalité spécialisée en psychologie clinique, obtenu à l’Université Catholique de Louvain. Je suis agréée par la Commission des Psychologues. J’accompagne les adolescents et les adultes en cabinet et en visioconsultation.

Mon approche se fonde sur l’écoute active, l'empathie, la bienveillance et le respect de la singularité de chacun.e. Je vous offre un espace pour être entendu.e sans jugement et avancer à votre rythme, vers une meilleure compréhension de vous-même et un équilibre de vie plus harmonieux.

Je propose un accompagnement centré sur les émotions et le bien-être (stress, anxiété, dépression, insomnie, burn-out, rumination mentale, angoisses du quotidien…), les épreuves personnelles (deuil, séparation, perte de repères, questionnements existentiels…), les relations et la communication (couple, famille, gestion des conflits, affirmation de soi, peur du jugement, relations avec autrui…), ainsi que l’équilibre de vie (retrouver sérénité et mieux gérer ses émotions…).

Psychotherapist in brief therapy which aims at relieving suffering in a sustainable and least invasive way. The interviews offer a space to express the problems in order to explore the lived experience in order to elaborate a therapeutic work to manage the difficulties related to stress, anxiety, anguish, impulsivity, management of the emotions. EMDR therapist (level 1) for the treatment of traumas (post-traumatic stress states) and/or recent difficult life events that may have developed symptoms. Reassociative Trauma Therapy (RTT) Hypnotherapist RTT is a therapeutic tool practiced with strategic conversational hypnosis that is used to treat difficult memories with the goal of reassociating and rebalancing the different cognitive, emotional and physical perceptions in order to decrease its affective load and regain a normal tolerance threshold. Hypnotherapy is a complementary tool to EMDR therapy. Are you experiencing difficulties or symptoms following one or more recent events or a difficult life path? Psychologue clinicien – Coach scolaire

En tant que psychologue au Centre de Santé Holistique de Nivelles, voici un aperçu de ma formation et de ma pratique :

Diplômé d’un master en psychologie à l’université catholique de Louvain en 2011, j’ai d’abord acquis plusieurs expériences de travail dans le secteur de l’aide à la jeunesse comme psychologue dans un service d’accrochage scolaire et coach scolaire auprès d’écoles secondaires.

Parallèlement, je me suis formé à l’Institut Provincial de formation sociale de Namur durant quatre années pour devenir intervenant en thérapie familiale et systémique. Ceci me permet d’analyser plus finement la complexité des relations entre individus tout en prenant en compte l’influence de l’environnement, du « système » sur l’individu.

J’ai aussi eu l’opportunité de travailler dans plusieurs services de santé mentale, ce qui a apporté une dimension clinique à mon expérience.

Au sein du centre de santé holistique de Nivelles, je peux accompagner les adolescents, les adultes, les couples et les familles dans la résolution de leurs problèmes personnels, scolaires ou professionnels : stress, anxiété, dépression, burn-out…

Je peux également vous aider dans vos difficultés relationnelles, émotionnelles et psychologiques, vous soutenir dans la gestion d’un traumatisme, d’un vécu compliqué, du deuil, identifier un obstacle, vous aider à la réalisation de vos objectifs, …

Clinical psychologist graduated in 2016 from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, I have since had the opportunity to work in several institutions welcoming people with various pathologies: autism, psychological disorders, dysphasia, deafness, etc. My professional experiences have been varied and rich in lessons. I am now opening my own practice to accompany children, adolescents and adults in the form of individual interviews. In order to broaden my skills, I am also training in sign language in Ixelles. My psychotherapeutic vision is Freudian inspired. I welcome you for a first meeting at my office or at your home to understand your problems. You will then decide if you wish to start a therapeutic work.

Graduated in psychology and educational sciences in 2009, I have worked in various sectors of clinical psychology. I first worked with children and adolescents suffering from autism, psychosis and severe neurosis, and then opened my own practice. Trained in psychoanalytical and systemic practices, I now work both as a clinical manager in a child psychiatric hospital and as a psychotherapist with a varied patient base, children, adolescents or adults, in individual, couple and/or family settings. I treat various psychological disorders (attachment disorders, addiction, depression, anxiety, burn-out, school drop-out, autism spectrum disorders, psychotic disorders, ...).

Psychologue clinicienne agréée par la commission des psychologues, diplômée de l'UCL, j'ai ensuite effectué un troisième cycle en psychothérapie systémique (ULB) afin d'avoir une vision plus large des différents systèmes dans lesquels toute personne peut être amenée à évoluer. Je propose de mettre à votre disposition un espace d'écoute, de bienveillance et de co-construction afin de vous accompagner au mieux quel que soit la problématique que vous pouvez rencontrer. Je vous propose un accompagnement sur des thématiques telles que le stress, la gestion des émotions, le manque de confiance ou d'estime de soi, les difficultés relationnelles, le deuil, etc...

Sybille de Ribaucourt is a clinical psychologist (2000) trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness and Compassion Therapy. She will be available every Thursday at the Health Initiative and Transformation Center between 1:00 and 6:00 pm. Ms. de Ribaucourt specializes in a number of areas including stress management and difficult emotions, professional and parental burn-outs as well as depression, anxiety disorders, sleep disorders, difficulties in adapting to illness such as cancer, diabetes, tinnitus, Covid-19, Crohn's disease, digestive disorders, chronic pain, etc.

I consult every Monday afternoon from 1pm to 6pm at Rue de Tenbosch 85, office n°4. My main objective is to provide psychological support to my patients, using attentive and empathetic listening.

Mijn naam is Sophie Seyns en ik maak deel uit van de multidisciplinaire groepspraktijk Think Outside te Gavere-Asper. In oktober start ik en ik heb dan ook vrij snel beschikbaarheden. Gelieve mij rechtstreeks te contacteren als het u niet lukt om een afspraak in te boeken.

Ik ben een erkend klinisch psycholoog. Sinds mijn afstuderen als Master in de Klinische Psychologie in 2008, heb ik ervaring opgedaan in de ziekenhuizen (oncologie, hematologie, pijnkliniek, obesitaskliniek, diabeteskliniek, fysische geneeskunde, geriatrie, neurologie, revalidatie,...) en in de privésector waar ik crisisinterventies verzorgde bij traumatische gebeurtenissen en EAP-trajecten (Employee Assistance Program) deed voor medewerkers van bedrijven en overheden. Ik begeleidde hen bij werk- als privégerelateerde problemen zoals stress en burn-out, verlies van een naaste, mentale problemen,... . Die brede achtergrond, ervaring en interesse neem ik dan ook mee in mijn praktijk.

Soms loopt het leven gewoon anders dan je had verwacht. Je voelt je uit balans, weet niet goed welke richting je uit wil of kan, of je zit met vragen waar je zelf niet meteen antwoorden op vindt. Of het nu gaat over verlies, ouderschap, ziekte, stress op het werk, tegenslag, spanningen of het gevoel vast te zitten, je hoeft er niet alleen door.

Ik wandel graag een stukje met je mee. In een warme, open en authentieke sfeer kijk ik samen met jou naar wat er speelt. Jij bent de expert van jouw leven en samen met mijn expertise zoeken we naar wat werkt voor jou. Pasklare antwoorden zijn er vaak niet. Er is ruimte om te voelen, te verkennen, in vraag te stellen, en stap voor stap terug evenwicht te vinden en deze te behouden.

Ik werk met methodieken uit de Acceptance and Commitment Therapie (ACT) in combinatie met de Oplossingsgerichte Therapie en Cognitieve Gedragstherapie. Daarnaast verlies ik nooit het grotere geheel namelijk jouw omgeving uit het oog. Zelf woon ik samen met mijn partner en 2 kinderen.
