As a psychologist and mindfulness trainer, my purpose is to accompany you in your journey towards deeper self-understanding, compassion, and growth. I welcome you in a kind space where we can explore your difficulties with openness and curiosity.
My approach to therapy is integrative and combines therapeutic tools from evidence-based Western psychology (such as cognitive-behavioral therapy) and Eastern practices (such as mindfulness and yoga) to address your individual needs. I offer individual and group sessions to adults and adolescents.
Individual consultations last approximately 50 minutes. During the first few sessions we take our time to deeply understand what you are experiencing. From this understanding, we identify the mechanisms maintaining the suffering and implement appropriate tools that will help you move towards your personal aspirations.
In my group sessions I offer mindfulness trainings consisting of 8 weekly sessions lasting approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes each. I teach two trainings: Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for Life (MBCT-L) and the Mindfulness Frame by Frame program. The MBCT-L program is an evidence-based course designed to cultivate mindful awareness of body sensations, emotions, and thoughts to foster a greater sense of well-being, kindness, and resilience. This program requires no prior experience with mindfulness practice. The Mindfulness Frame by Frame training is for those of you who already have a mindfulness practice and would like to deepen it.
