Je suis psychologue et sexologue de formation, spécialisée en périnatalité et en cours de formation en psychothérapie systémique. Je conçois la thérapie comme un espace sécurisant, chaleureux et bienveillant où nous travaillerons ensemble ce que vous souhaitez déposer. L'objectif est de vous accompagner là vous en êtes afin de créer un suivi adapté à votre rythme et vos besoins. Voici quelques exemples (liste non exhaustive) de ce que nous pouvons travailler ensemble: - Le burnout parental et professionnel - L'anxiété et le stress - La recherche de sens et la motivation - L'estime de soi - La période entourant la périnatalité (désir d'enfant, difficultés à concevoir, PMA, grossesse compliquée, grossesse interrompue ou non menée à terme, deuil, post-partum, traumas,...) - La vie relationnelle, affective et sexuelle - Les difficultés sexuelles masculines et féminines (trouble de l'érection, de l'éjaculation, anorgasmie, désir sexuel, dyspareunie, vaginisme,...) - Les questions liées à la sexualité -Les relations de couple -Les difficultés sexuelles liées aux changements de vie (grossesse, post-partum, burnout,...) - Les violences et traumatismes sexuels Je pratique également l'hypnose conversationnelle stratégique et l'EMDR. Il s'agit d'outils qui permettent de travailler sur des traumatismes avec douceur. Je ne débute jamais par une séance d'hypnose/EMDR. il est en effet nécessaire de bien comprendre vos besoins et demandes avant d'utiliser cet outil. Une consultation individuelle ou de couple est possible. La séance dure 50 minutes en individuel et en couple. Les premières séances servent à créer un lien thérapeutique et à développer votre demande et le contenu de notre travail. Si vous ne vous retrouvez pas dans les motifs de consultation proposés, choisissez "consultation individuelle" ou "consultation de couple". Je reçois des adolescent·e·s (dès 12 ans, pas avant!), des adultes, des familles et des couples. Je suis psychologue de première ligne pour les suivis post-partum et adolescente·s .
