I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I integrate this approach with other brief therapies to which I have been trained. Among others, Trauma-Focused Therapies such as EMDR, Exposure Therapy. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing… So, I will offer you a tailor-made approach that fits your needs. Over the last 7 years of field experience, I have been able to support people in suffering in various contexts (psychological crisis interventions, penitentiary environments, hospitals and consulting rooms). My consultations cover a wide range of psychopathologies. As a neuroscientist fascinated by the human brain, I approached the complexity and delicacy of the psyche by participating in research projects, training and working as a neuropsychologist, notably through cognitive assessments to assess certain disorders. neurodivergents such as, for example, attention deficit disorder with or without hyperactivity (ADHD). Ma pratique en Planning Familial et mes formations m'ont permis de développer une éthique inclusive basée sur la singularité des personnes que je rencontre. Dans mon écoute, je combine une compréhension reposant prioritairement sur la logique subjective de l'individu, à des repères théoriques allant des enseignements historiques de la psychanalyse aux dernières découvertes des neurosciences.

Psychologue clinicienne, je propose des consultations individuelles de tout âge. Je reçois également des personnes en situation de handicap qu’il soit mental ou physique. Mon approche est intégrative, c’est-à-dire qu’elle s’appuie sur plusieurs manières de penser la psychologie. Passionnée par le fonctionnement psychique humain depuis mon plus jeune âge, j’ai à cœur de mettre la santé mentale à la même place que la santé physique, c'est à dire, au centre des préoccupations. Il est pour moi important de la prendre en compte afin de vivre une vie sereine et épanouie. Que ce soit en cabinet ou en ligne, je vous reçois afin de vous accompagner dans votre cheminement de vie. Dans cet espace, nous pourrons échanger sur les problématiques qui vous préoccupent et nous essaierons ensemble de comprendre comment elles entravent votre évolution. Je considère que chaque personne est douée de ressources insoupçonnées qui lui permettront de dépasser les difficultés rencontrées. En tant que psychologue au Centre de Santé Holistique de Nivelles, voici un aperçu de ma formation et de ma pratique :

Diplômé d’un master en psychologie à l’université catholique de Louvain en 2011, j’ai d’abord acquis plusieurs expériences de travail dans le secteur de l’aide à la jeunesse comme psychologue dans un service d’accrochage scolaire et coach scolaire auprès d’écoles secondaires.

Parallèlement, je me suis formé à l’Institut Provincial de formation sociale de Namur durant quatre années pour devenir intervenant en thérapie familiale et systémique. Ceci me permet d’analyser plus finement la complexité des relations entre individus tout en prenant en compte l’influence de l’environnement, du « système » sur l’individu.

J’ai aussi eu l’opportunité de travailler dans plusieurs services de santé mentale, ce qui a apporté une dimension clinique à mon expérience.

Au sein du centre de santé holistique de Nivelles, je peux accompagner les adolescents, les adultes, les couples et les familles dans la résolution de leurs problèmes personnels, scolaires ou professionnels : stress, anxiété, dépression, burn-out…

Je peux également vous aider dans vos difficultés relationnelles, émotionnelles et psychologiques, vous soutenir dans la gestion d’un traumatisme, d’un vécu compliqué, du deuil, identifier un obstacle, vous aider à la réalisation de vos objectifs, …

My consultations are aimed at teenagers, adults and elderly people to whom I offer home follow-ups if necessary.
