Psychologue clinicienne diplômée de l’université Libre de Bruxelles, agréée par la Commission des Psychologues et détentrice du visa clinicien, je suis spécialisée dans le suivi d’enfants, d’adolescents et de familles. 

J’accompagne les jeunes et/ou leurs familles à retrouver de la créativité et du mouvement lorsqu’il est devenu difficile de bouger et de se penser. Mon orientation est systémique mais j’utilise aussi des outils d’autres courants et disciplines comme la psychologie humaniste, la gestalt, la TCC, le dessin ou encore le théâtre. 

Grâce à mes diverses formations et expériences professionnelles, j’ai approfondi mes connaissances sur :

– La neuroatypie (TSA, TDA/H, HP, etc) ; 

– Les troubles psychotiques ;

– Les troubles anxieux ;

– Les troubles de l’humeur ;

– Les problèmes relationnels (liés à la famille, au milieu scolaire…).

Diplômée psychologue clinicienne, je m’appuie sur des outils variés : la thérapie cognitivo-comportementale, l’approche humaniste, le coaching et les techniques psycho-corporelles. Mon objectif : offrir un cadre bienveillant où chacun peut avancer à son rythme vers plus de sérénité et d’épanouissement.

I am a clinical psychologist recognized by the commission of psychologists (approval number: 912221778). I obtained my degree in psychology (research section) in 2014 at the ULiège. I continued my studies with a master in criminology obtained in 2016. After a year spent working in the field of youth work as a criminologist I realized that I felt hindered in the help I could provide. Therefore, I decided to take a final year of study in adult clinical psychology in order to be able to offer psychological follow-up for individuals, couples or families and to get as close as possible to the human character of the helping relationship. I am currently working at the Psy Pluriel center in Liege where I offer follow-ups for adults from 18 years old. I am trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy but I also have the skills and tools to adapt to the requests and the people who ask for help. The help I offer covers different issues such as anxiety disorders (generalized anxiety, social anxiety, OCD, phobias ...), work on self-confidence / self-esteem / self-affirmation, stress management, emotional dependence, interpersonal problems or any other subject that concerns the person. I am also trained in EMDR which is a therapy centered on trauma, it allows to soothe the emotional knots resulting from one or more traumatic events in order to be able to integrate this into one's life path. I work mainly with individuals. Couple or family sessions are also possible. Passionate about my work, I am constantly training myself, in the "to come" section you can see my imminent projects. What can a psychological follow-up bring to you ? First of all, an attentive, neutral and benevolent ear. Indeed, the psychologist is a neutral person who will listen to you without judging you. This will allow you to put your feelings into words, in a way that will allow you to objectify them, to take a step back and to find courses of action in the company of a neutral third party and in a neutral place as well. It is true that it can be pleasant and reassuring to confide in friends or family, but they know you and even with the best of intentions they may see your situation with filters concerning what they know about you. Sometimes they live with you, so there may be biases on their side and you may be reluctant to describe your situation for fear of offending someone, for example. A psychologist does not know you and has no preconceived ideas about you, this new perspective is a real asset. Psychologue clinicien – Coach scolaire

En tant que psychologue au Centre de Santé Holistique de Nivelles, voici un aperçu de ma formation et de ma pratique :

Diplômé d’un master en psychologie à l’université catholique de Louvain en 2011, j’ai d’abord acquis plusieurs expériences de travail dans le secteur de l’aide à la jeunesse comme psychologue dans un service d’accrochage scolaire et coach scolaire auprès d’écoles secondaires.

Parallèlement, je me suis formé à l’Institut Provincial de formation sociale de Namur durant quatre années pour devenir intervenant en thérapie familiale et systémique. Ceci me permet d’analyser plus finement la complexité des relations entre individus tout en prenant en compte l’influence de l’environnement, du « système » sur l’individu.

J’ai aussi eu l’opportunité de travailler dans plusieurs services de santé mentale, ce qui a apporté une dimension clinique à mon expérience.

Au sein du centre de santé holistique de Nivelles, je peux accompagner les adolescents, les adultes, les couples et les familles dans la résolution de leurs problèmes personnels, scolaires ou professionnels : stress, anxiété, dépression, burn-out…

Je peux également vous aider dans vos difficultés relationnelles, émotionnelles et psychologiques, vous soutenir dans la gestion d’un traumatisme, d’un vécu compliqué, du deuil, identifier un obstacle, vous aider à la réalisation de vos objectifs, …

Je vous propose un espace d’écoute empathique, bienveillant et sécurisant où nous pourrons avancer à votre rythme pour cheminer vers un mieux-être en ouvrant le champ des possibles.

Clinical psychologist Griet Verhaeghe works in the group practice Think Outside. She graduated from the University of Ghent as a clinical psychologist in 2007. She has also received additional training through various courses such as a training day on intra-family violence and partner violence, the link between sexual trauma and substance abuse,... . At certain moments in our lives we question things, we bump into the same things, or we get confused. If you are looking for support, she takes the time to explore what your question is exactly, what your expectations are and where your needs lie.

The areas of intervention of our psychologist are post-traumatic stress, violence (family, marital, at work), harassment, burn-out, anxiety, phobias, eating disorder behaviors, depression, academic and professional difficulties. The psychologist supports victims but also perpetrators of offenses or those who are subject to justice. It takes care of adults, adolescents and children aged 10 and over. Availability: Friday from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Price: 20€ for patients registered with Medisina and 50€ for those not registered. The mutual reimburses up to €20 per session.

Sybille de Ribaucourt is a clinical psychologist (2000) trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness and Compassion Therapy. She will be available every Thursday at the Health Initiative and Transformation Center between 1:00 and 6:00 pm. Ms. de Ribaucourt specializes in a number of areas including stress management and difficult emotions, professional and parental burn-outs as well as depression, anxiety disorders, sleep disorders, difficulties in adapting to illness such as cancer, diabetes, tinnitus, Covid-19, Crohn's disease, digestive disorders, chronic pain, etc.
