After graduating in clinical psychology at the ULB, Florianne Siegrist trained in family and systemic therapy at the CEFS (Center for Family and System Studies), then in brief therapy and hypnosis with Thierry Melchior. She has also been trained in RTP (Reassociative Trauma Psychotherapy) with Gerald Brassine. She consults in French, English and receives school children, teenagers, adults, couples and families in her private practice in Dion le Val, near Wavre and Louvain la Neuve. During my studies in Psychology at the University of Liege, I was mainly interested in cognitive and behavioral psychology as well as in neuropsychology. These studies now form the basis of my practice with an adult population. Afterwards, while working, I continued to learn and train. Among others, I continued to learn about motivational interviewing, ACT therapy, mindfulness, psycho-education, ... As for my professional career, after several years of expertise for the justice system and work on addictions as a psychologist, my skills as a neuropsychologist have allowed me to focus on supporting people suffering from Alzheimer's disease (or another disease of the same type) as well as their loved ones and professionals in the field. At present, with the benefit of these varied experiences, I can offer you a tailor-made accompaniment, according to your needs. Whether it is a burnout, stress, anxiety, phobias, depression, bereavement, dependency or simply unhappiness, I can accompany you and, together, we will work to recover your well-being.

I accompany you at your own pace, in welcoming and exploring your difficulties and resources, in connection with your history. Body awareness work (breathing, movement, voice) helps you to reconnect to yourself (sensations, emotions) and to release tensions. Verbalization and analysis allow you to make sense of your experience and to integrate the desired changes into your daily life. Individual or couple coaching: as a Marriage and Family Counselor, the relationship is at the heart of my practice. I offer support to explore together the different aspects of your relationship: identity, intimacy, sexuality, roles, parenting,... so that together you can find what suits you best. Support for which requests? o Problems and suffering in the relational, affective and sexual sphere. o Questions of parenthood. o Suffering at work, burnout situation, feeling of impasse. o Questioning about the life project/professional project. o Questions of identity, of the place and limits of self/others. o Hypersensitivity. Symptoms can be overwhelming emotions, anxiety and depressive disorders, stress, chronic tension, self-esteem disorders, etc.

Florence Hougardy welcomes you at the Centre Mimosa (25 avenue de la Forêt de Soignes, 1640 Rhode-Saint-Genèse) on Friday afternoons from 2pm to 7pm and the rest of the week at her private practice (51, avenue des Cèdres, Rhode-Saint-Genèse) for psychological appointments. The price of a consultation is 50€ for 45 min (teenager/adult) or 40€ for 30 min (child under 13). You are in good hands.
