Psychologue clinicienne agréée à la Commission belge des Psychologues, référencée au numéro 932226806, je suis diplômée d'un Master en sciences psychologiques, à finalité spécialisée en psychologie clinique et psychopathologie à l'Université Libre de Bruxelles. Je suis également coach de vie et coach pédagogique. Il est important pour moi de m'outiller au mieux et dans différents domaines afin de vous pour proposer un accompagnement le plus complet possible. J'ai étudié la psychologie clinique car il m'est primordial de travailler sur le fond et sur la source du problème. Cependant, je trouve important de vous proposer un accompagnement proactif, c'est pour cette raison que j'ai ajouté le coaching à mon arc. Travailler sur le fond tout en s'outillant de petites tâches à accomplir au quotidien est donc ma manière d'aborder le travail thérapeutique. Tout cela dans un cadre sécurisant, à votre rythme, dans la bienveillance et le secret professionnel. Consultations en cabinet, en visio ou par téléphone.

With a multicultural background and multiple experiences abroad, I would like to let me guide you through different processes of reconnecting with one’s self, understanding your path, overcoming challenges in your everyday life, going through an overwhelming period, wanting to communicate better with your partner, approaching burnout, or experiencing high levels of anxiety or depression. 

Clinical psychologist with a systemic and psychoanalytical orientation, I offer individual consultations (children, adolescents, adults) or family consultations in order to carry out, with you, a deep analysis and understanding of the problems encountered which led you to consult me. My specializations : - Accompaniment/support for parenthood - Work on the individual family history which may or may not have been traumatic and which may or may not leave traces on the current functioning - Accompaniment and support for children and adolescents showing signs of suffering/unwell-being and who may or may not have developed behavioral problems - Welcoming any person in psychological suffering who wishes to take stock of their situation and feel listened to (stress, anxiety, questioning...) My attraction to accompanying parenthood has led me to train as a baby massage consultant. I offer parents the possibility to learn specific massage gestures for relaxation and care of their baby.
