Why?
Feeling stressed, tired, or anxious? Struggling to manage your emotions? Feeling lost and want to boost your self-confidence? Need help navigating relationship challenges, whether with family, partners, or at work? I'd be happy to assist you in overcoming your troubles, reconnecting with yourself, and finding solutions for a better well-being.
Who?
I work with both adolescents and adults, in individual or couples sessions. I speak French and English.
What happens in a session?
During our sessions, I'll accompany and guide you through your emotions, memories, and feelings. Using your imagination and creativity, I'll help you gain a new perspective on your experiences.
You'll learn to (re)discover yourself and appreciate yourself objectively and compassionately. You'll be able to overcome your anxieties and start taking care of yourself.
Where are the sessions held?
I consult at a private practice in Zaventem (Sint-Stevens-Woluwe) as well as at the Pluridisciplinary Therapeutic Support Centre (CATP) in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert (near Alma metro station).
It's also possible to have sessions via video conference. Feel free to contact me directly if you're interested.
For those who prefer outdoor discussions, I offer WALKING THERAPY, especially on Fridays - sessions take place while walking in the Sonian Forest (Rouge-Cloître site)! Contact me by phone to learn more and/or make an appointment.
How long does the support last?
An individual session lasts approximately 50 minutes, a couples session lasts 1 hour and 20 minutes. Sessions are typically spaced one to two weeks apart. The duration of the support and the number of sessions depend on your needs and goals.
Who am I?
I have a strong capacity for active listening and observation, and a keen sense of analysis. I adapt easily to environments as well as to the emotions and behaviours of others. I know how to put someone at ease and highlight their strengths, guiding them in their reflection and personal development.
Passionate about providing psychological support to individuals, I decided to become a psychotherapist after starting my career in environmental advocacy and team management in the nonprofit sector. I was trained in Ericksonian hypnosis and brief strategic systemic therapy according to the Palo Alto model. I have also been trained in walk therapy: sessions take place in the forest to keep the body and mind moving. Today, I continue to train to refine my support methods. I underwent individual therapy with Ericksonian hypnosis myself, and it changed my life.
