J'accompagne des adultes, des couples et des familles en proposant des suivis thérapeutiques centrés sur les dynamiques relationnelles et familiales.

I have 5 years of experience as an osteopath in my own home (after a 5-year training at the IAO, completed in 2016) and 11 years as a physiotherapist in a medical home with a very diversified care and a sharp knowledge of orthopedic disorders, sharpened by a 5-year experience as an assistant and lecturer at the International Academy of Osteopathy (Gent). His approach is based on 3 pillars: Listening: I take the time to make a good history and clinical examination with each patient to make a diagnosis. Techniques : I provide several types of osteopathic techniques : mobilizations, myotensive techniques, manipulations, cranial or visceral techniques, inhibition, hooking... Time: The session lasts 60 minutes in order to ensure a qualitative care to each patient. I deeply love my job and am comfortable with all types of people.

A psychologist by training, I began training in hippotherapy and animal mediation at the beginning of my master's degree. During my studies I was particularly interested in issues such as harassment, palliative care, parenthood and disability. I continue to educate myself in these different areas through various trainings. I work in a therapy center from Monday to Saturday in Chaumont-Gistoux and in parallel I participate in the implementation and supervision of the pedagogical project of the Asbl Rire et grandir which welcomes children from 0 to 5 years old. Different issues can be worked on during therapy sessions: -disability -burn-out -palliative care -support in the face of illness -mourning support -harassment -personal development

After graduating in clinical psychology at the ULB, Florianne Siegrist trained in family and systemic therapy at the CEFS (Center for Family and System Studies), then in brief therapy and hypnosis with Thierry Melchior. She has also been trained in RTP (Reassociative Trauma Psychotherapy) with Gerald Brassine. She consults in French, English and receives school children, teenagers, adults, couples and families in her private practice in Dion le Val, near Wavre and Louvain la Neuve. Her areas of expertise are: addictions to alcohol, sugar, tobacco, video games, tablets/eating disorders/post-traumatic stress disorder/burn-out and depression/grief and separation/anxiety disorders, anxiety, stress/phobias, obsessions, OCD/lack of self-confidence, excessive shyness/emotional management/harassment/physical and sexual abuse/toxic relationships with narcissistic manipulators

Psychologue clinicien – Adolescents & Adultes

Je suis psychologue clinicien, diplômé de l’Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). Après un premier parcours en droit, je me suis réorienté vers la psychologie clinique, animé par le désir d’accompagner les personnes dans leurs difficultés avec sens, humanité et engagement.

J’accompagne des adolescents et des adultes dans un cadre bienveillant, respectueux et confidentiel. Ma pratique s’appuie principalement sur les thérapies cognitivo-comportementales (TCC), que j’intègre à une approche humaine, empathique et centrée sur la personne, afin de proposer un accompagnement à la fois structuré et respectueux du vécu de chacun.

Je suis particulièrement investi dans la prise en charge des troubles anxieux, notamment :

• les troubles obsessionnels compulsifs (TOC)
• les phobies d’impulsion
• le trouble dysmorphique corporel

J’accompagne également les personnes confrontées à des ruminations mentales, des pensées envahissantes, ainsi que des difficultés liées à l’estime de soi et au regard des autres.

Afin de m’adapter aux contraintes et aux besoins de chacun, je propose des consultations en présentiel ainsi qu’en visio via FaceTime, notamment pour les patients pour qui les déplacements sont compliqués ou anxiogènes.

Mon objectif est d’offrir un accompagnement concret, personnalisé et empathique, respectueux du rythme et de la singularité de chaque personne, favorisant une meilleure compréhension de soi et des changements durables.

During my studies in Psychology at the University of Liege, I was mainly interested in cognitive and behavioral psychology as well as in neuropsychology. These studies now form the basis of my practice with an adult population. Afterwards, while working, I continued to learn and train. Among others, I continued to learn about motivational interviewing, ACT therapy, mindfulness, psycho-education, ... As for my professional career, after several years of expertise for the justice system and work on addictions as a psychologist, my skills as a neuropsychologist have allowed me to focus on supporting people suffering from Alzheimer's disease (or another disease of the same type) as well as their loved ones and professionals in the field. At present, with the benefit of these varied experiences, I can offer you a tailor-made accompaniment, according to your needs. Whether it is a burnout, stress, anxiety, phobias, depression, bereavement, dependency or simply unhappiness, I can accompany you and, together, we will work to recover your well-being.
