Bonsoir, à la suite d'un coup dans le nez (sans fracture), j'ai attrapé 1 hématome dans la narine. (appelé je pense hématome septum) qui m'empêche de respirer normalement. Comment le soigner en sachant que je prends des inflammatoires, avec des poches de glaces. Va-t-il partir tout naturellement. Merci d'avance pour vos conseils.

  • L'huile d'arnica est anti-inflammatoire et cicatrisante. Appliquée localement, elle peut être utilisée pour calmer certaines douleurs (dos, entorses…) et empêche l'apparition d'ecchymoses
