We are tourists in Brussels. My father, who is diabetic, fell in the bathtub and sustained a 5cm long superficial cut (not deep) on the front of his foot. Could you please advise us on where we should go if a tetanus shot is required?

I suggest you go to any hospital emergency to check if he needs sutures or not and they can make a tetanus shot (if he hasn't been vaccinated for tetanus past 10 years he needs a tetanus shot. Regarding the insurance; you should pay at the hospital but you can reimburse it from your travel insurance.
