"Men don't talk to each other about men's problems. We just... we pat each other on the shoulder. For a man it is the equivalent of 6 months of therapy." Yes, that's what I thought in 2005. But there came a time when a "pat on the shoulder", a beer with the boys were no longer enough. I turned to a psychotherapist and I congratulate myself even now. Not only did I understand what was happening to me at that moment, but I also started on the path of becoming a therapist myself. The process of becoming a psychotherapist is beautiful but it is also difficult; it's stimulating and creative. It's my way; It's my way of being useful to others!
