About

As a young physiotherapist and martial arts practitioner for many years, I have discovered that knowledge of oneself and one's practice lead to an intelligent, healthy and efficient practice. The thirst for learning that has driven me since my childhood in a variety of fields led me to physical therapy and, coupled with a love of sports, to martial arts. The main common points between these two practices are for me the constant learning, the adaptation to the other, the open-mindedness, the questioning, the evolution and the research of fusion of the different principles. My practice, which is constantly evolving, focuses on the patient as the main actor in his or her treatment, which can therefore be considered as a team effort where decisions are made together and where the patient's understanding of the pathology and the treatment is, in my opinion, the best way to approach healing serenely.

Good afternoon, it’s been a couple of weeks that my arm hurts, the pain starts from the bone to the left of the elbow. What specific examinations should I do and which specialist should I consult?

    • A general practitioner is a good start. If needed, he will refer you to physiotherapist or specialized doctor.

Hello, some years ago i bumped inwards part of Knees together and it was ok after some weeks but now whenever i pull up my lower back i feel a sensation no pain necessarily but i don't understand what it is? Should i see physiotherapist?

    • Hello,
I understand you are questioning yourself about
If this is something you worry about, I think the best is to see a physio to asses it as clearly as possible, better understand it and advise you.
You can book a meeting in my online agenda directly on doctor anytime and we can do this together :)

Hello, a few days ago I had lower back pain that extended down to my leg. After the pain subsided, I started feeling a slight tingling in my leg and having trouble with my foot—I can't lift it completely. Which doctor should I consult? Do I need to see a general practitioner first, who will then refer me further, or...?"

    • Hello,
If you can't completely lift your foot, it is an indicator to see you GP. If your loss of strength (incapacity to lift your foot against gravity) appeared in less than 24h, it is an indicator to go to the emergency because a nerve may be trapped. If it appeared in more than 24h, seeing your GP will be enough and he will probably recommend you some physio.

      Good evening,
      Thomas.
