Hello,
It certainly means that you have a sciatica because your pain is linked with your lower back. It’s like an irradiating pain. I advise you to see a physiotherapist 🤗
Hello, first of all you should see a doctor, specialized in the knee or sport. Then see if you need some extra examination or begin a treatment based on medication or exercices.
Sorry for the late response but yes it will be better to see someone that can help you to have a proper estimation on what going on

Hello, Of course, you don't have to keep pain. To obtain complete examinations (view of the internal structures), you must consult a doctor/ an orthopedist.

Hello, it may be useful to have an appointment with a physiotherapist to see what's going on and maybe help you find a solution. If you want to meet a physiotherapist, you'll have to ask a prescription to your doctor.
Hello,
I'm sure that you have to see a physiotherapist. I don't really understand the link between your knee problem and your back, but I think a physiotherapist can help you.

If this is something you worry about, I think the best is to see a physio to asses it as clearly as possible, better understand it and advise you.
You can book a meeting in my online agenda directly on doctor anytime and we can do this together :)
Probably go to see your GP first. He’ll probably make a full check-up and give you some sessions of physiotherapy.
A other solution is to see an osteopath and make a global traitement and réajustement of your body.
I'm not a doctor, but I can try to provide some general information that may help you. The sensation you're experiencing in your lower back could have various potential causes, and it's always a good idea to consult a healthcare professional for a proper evaluation and diagnosis.
Based on your description, it's possible that the previous incident where you bumped your knees together may have caused some strain or injury to your lower back. Over time, if the issue was not addressed or properly healed, it could lead to ongoing discomfort or sensations when you engage certain muscles or movements.
A physiotherap...ist or a healthcare professional with expertise in musculoskeletal issues can help assess your condition. They can evaluate your symptoms, medical history, and perform a physical examination to determine the underlying cause of your discomfort. They may also recommend further tests, such as X-rays or MRI scans, if necessary.
Once a diagnosis is made, a physiotherapist can develop a personalized treatment plan to help alleviate your symptoms and improve your condition. This might involve specific exercises, manual therapy techniques, posture correction, and lifestyle modifications.
Remember, it's important to seek professional medical advice to get an accurate diagnosis and appropriate treatment recommendations based on your specific situation.
